The working session

By the end of the session, we've named the main problem and the first move to make. Not a long list of ideas. One clear place to start.

You get the report

Within a couple of days, your Board State Report lands in your inbox. All five reports, written, yours to keep and act on, whether you move forward or not.

About the System Assessment.

Is this a sales call?

No. A sales call is free and built to pitch you. The System Assessment costs $1,500, a flat fee, and gives you five written reports. If the Sprint is the right move, we'll say so. If it's not, we'll say that too.

What if I don't do the Sprint after?

You keep all five reports. The problem map, the action plan, the play selection, all of it is yours. The credit toward the Sprint expires after 30 days, but the reports don't.

How does the $50K guarantee work?

We guarantee we'll find at least $50,000 in annual waste or missed revenue, using your own data, not benchmarks or guesses. If we can't find it in the session, you pay nothing, and we refund the $1,500 in full.

What do I need to bring?

We'll send a short list after you book. Things like a P&L summary, a team roster, and your tool list. If you can't pull everything together, just bring what you have.
